ABOUT YOGA NIDRA
Yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation, often referred to as yogic sleep. It is usually practised lying down with any bolsters, cushions and blankets needed to ensure you are comfortable. While deeply relaxed the inner world becomes more available, emotions, thoughts and our sense of self, both conscious and unconscious is explored. This leads to healing and a greater sense of harmony. Anyone can practise yoga nidra. It is very good for anxiety, insomnia and for people who have trouble ‘letting go’.
