Terms and conditions
Please arrive on time for classes. On time is 10 minutes before the class is due to start. This is especially important during Covid.
Studio Class Latecomers
For any pre-booked classes, you must sign in at the front desk at least 5 minutes before class. Your place will be released and given to someone else 5 minutes before class starts if there is a queue of clients waiting to attend this class.
If you arrive late and your place has been given to another client, we will ask you to join the queue. If the class is oversubscribed and we cannot let you in, you will have a credit added to your account which you can use in the future.
Cancellation and No Shows
If you cannot make it to a class, you need to cancel online, no later than 1 hour before the start of the class. If you do any credit used to pay for this class will be returned to your account. If you cancel less than 1 hour before class, this is a late cancellation. Credit will not be returned for late cancellations or no shows.
Please note that your booking will block a place until it is officially cancelled. This could mean there is an empty space in class.
Workshops and Courses: cancellation policy
Clients can cancel any booking for a course or a workshop with 7 or more days notice and receive a full refund. If the cancellation is within seven days, clients will be offered a credit or a transfer to another course or workshop. Once the course or workshop has started there is no refund or transfer. We reserve the right to cancel a course or workshop if necessary. Any client who has booked a place will be given a full refund.
Refunds are not generally given on class packs once purchased. All class packs have an expiry date, and cannot be extended or suspended except in exceptional circumstances. Class packs are assigned to individual clients and cannot be shared between clients.
Each class pack clearly states the expiry details on it.
