ABOUT SLOW FLOW

This class is taken at a slow, contemplative pace. Several breaths are taken in each asana (posture) which allows time for a deep mind-body connection and thus promotes space and mindfulness. This is a good class for people who like to take a flow class more slowly.  It is less intense than a vinyasa class and can be a good class for beginners.
