Misha is an Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga teacher in London. She is on her journey to 500hrs and her passion is to make yoga accessible to everyone.
As a teacher, her goal is to create a safe yet playful environment for people to explore and learn about themselves on the mat, whilst encouraging them to take aspects of yoga into their everyday life. She encourages the use of breath to guide the movement and slow down the mind. She sequences her classes intelligently, with the anatomy of the body in mind to ensure her students strengthen their bodies whilst slowing down the mind. Misha is continually grateful to all her teachers for inspiring her to learn and develop and is grateful to be able to share the knowledge, lessons and magic that yoga has brought into her life.
