Wednesday 8.00—9.00 via Zoom: Vajrasati
Khadine came to yoga by chance in 1997 via a meditation course. After the very first class she felt like she had found herself. She knew that she was going to practice yoga from that moment on. It didn’t take long for Khadine’s yoga practice to become a daily ritual as she felt the benefits in body, mind and spirit.
Khadine trained to teach with Jim Tarran in the Vajrasati School of yoga. She started teaching in 2004, becoming fully qualified (Yoga Alliance 500 hours) in 2006. She is now a Senior Teacher of the Vajrasati school and co-runs the Vajrasati teacher training course with Jim Tarran in Brighton and London. Khadine trains regularly with Cathy-Mae Karelse, Judith Lasater, Sarah Powers, Donna Farhi, Paul Grilley and Christopher (Hareesh) Wallis.
