Jane came to yoga when she moved to Brixton in 2011 and lodged in a house with a surprise yurt in the back garden for yoga classes. After moving, she discovered Yoga Point and is honoured to teach in a studio she loves. Jane gained her teaching certificate from The Shala School of Yoga in 2018. She teaches vinyasa flow yoga, with a lightness and playfulness that comes from her own love of yoga and desire to share her passion with others. Her classes explore mindful body and breath awareness, combining flowing, creative asana sequences and breathwork to help students find their own inner space of calm and joy. When teaching, she aims to create a nurturing, down to earth space where students feel safe, welcome, and curious as they practice.
