Georgina was introduced to yoga as a teenager and returned to the path after a career in the visual arts. She completed an apprenticeship in Astanga Vinyasa at Astanga Yoga London in 2002 and a 500 hour British Wheel of Yoga teaching certificate in 2004. Georgina teaches yoga as a life-long path of self-enquiry and personal discovery for all leading to good health, happiness and healing. She continues to study with leading yoga teaches and is qualified to teach Yin Yoga and Meditation, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative yoga.
Georgina’s classes offer a nurturing, safe and fun environment in which to develop a strong and integrated body-mind-heart connection. Her teaching incorporates breath attention, mindful alignment and the specific cultivation of strength, flexibility and balance.
