Christine Golding

Christine started developing her yoga practice in 2005 and was introduced to the beautiful, simple and powerful discoveries of Vanda Scarvelli. Scaravelli’s philosophy of “be kind to yourself” has helped her work through injuries during her many years of running.

Christine believes the knowledge she has gained has to be constantly nurtured, the constant yearning for more knowledge is the road to knowing oneself more deeply on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

She completed a BTEC professional diploma in the Practice & Teaching of Scaravelli Yoga from Morley College  (2016) under the tutelage of Rosabella Jordan and Donna Malcomson.

She completed her meditation teacher training, Traditions of Patanjali in April 2019 under the tutelage of Dr Kumar.

In the past Christine co-owned a yoga studio in Kennington and has worked as an Activist in the Education sector for the past 17 years.

Her restorative practise will open the distal points of the body with gentle floor poses, breathing exercises and simple visualisations. This slow and gentle practise is suitable for all.
