This class is currently being live streamed, you can still chat and connect with other mums and babies and form connections that can be continued face-to-face when we are able to meet again. Theresa teaches our online mum and baby (postnatal) yoga class in Brixton/ Herne Hill.
Theresa also teaches our online pregnancy yoga class so this can be a nice continuation for people or a new class to try.
During this time of isolation, this class is an opportunity for mums with babies to connect with other local mums in Brixton/Herne Hill/Tulse Hill in an online class and build connections that can carry over into the real world. This mum and baby yoga class focuses on the importance of your postnatal recovery and provides a lovely space to meet other new mums. The class will include gentle stretching and strengthening of the body, exercises to improve posture, and breathing and relaxation techniques to promote inner calm. Bonding with the baby will be encouraged with songs and gentle movements. Postnatal yoga can definitely help with your postnatal recovery.
