There are different reasons why people decide to take a one-to-one yoga class. Sometimes there is a posture they particularly want help with, or an injury or condition that they are working with. Some people want to try yoga one-to-one before coming to a class with others and some people have a busy schedule and a hectic life and can’t fit in a regular class.
