Theresa teaches our mum and baby (postnatal) yoga class in Brixton/ Herne Hill. Theresa also teaches our pregnancy yoga class so this can be a nice continuation for people or a new class to try.
This mum and baby yoga class focuses on the importance of your postnatal recovery and provides a lovely space to meet other new mums. The class will include gentle stretching and strengthening of the body, exercises to improve posture, and breathing and relaxation techniques to promote inner calm. Bonding with the baby will be encouraged with songs and gentle movements. Postnatal yoga can definitely help with your postnatal recovery.
