QiGONG translates as Energy Exercise. It is a system of focused explorations by which you learn to sense and listen to each part of you. It is a mindful movement practice which strengthens connections between mind and body, by encouraging different parts of you to work together harmoniously. The practice has evolved from Aikido, Taoist Movement Meditation, Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais Method, Tibetan Yantra Yoga and Developmental Movement Therapy. It is not a rigid form of movements to learn but a framework of focused experiments through which you can become aware of your inner self and how it connects up. Karen has been practicing since 2009 and teaching inner Qigong since 2011.
