“I have started doing yoga with Yinka in January 2016. I was suffering with lower back pain and sciatica. Yinka with her expertise and her caring way, is able to tailor her Yoga classes with each person individual needs. Yinka makes a yoga class accessible to everyone. I am now able to do things I wasn’t able to do before, I feel a lot stronger, healthier and a lot happier about myself. “ Rosa 24 Mar , 2018
“If you lack confidence, are self conscious never done Yoga classes, older, clumsy, speedy and can’t relax Go immediately and see Yinka she’s so intelligent, understanding, comforting, and my balance problems – wobbly as the day is long – seem to be improving after only 2 months of her classes. And the best bit is my balance seems to be improving outside of my influence – brain adaptation – which Yinka as an osteopath and a yoga teacher understands perfectly. You can discuss why the brain adapts to change body issues as easily as a yoga pose. Best of all really, lovely and honest person. Michelin star.” Sharyn Davis 12 Sep , 2015
“Speaking as a complete novice to yoga and being of a certain age (61) I found Yinka to be very understanding of my capabilities. The classes were very personal and I found that Yinka was able to give that ‘one to one’ time to all her students, which I certainly found very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend her classes.” Dinah Gale 30 Mar , 2015
