This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Equalising the effort of movement can open up many possibilities for engaging more of ourself in everyday life. We’ll work slowly with our non-dominant side as an invitation to spark how our sides can learn from each other while being more collaborative as a whole person. When the many parts of ourself are communicating more, tension is reduced, mood changes and the way we move becomes easier.
The Feldenkrais Method is about learning through movement. Inviting your natural intelligence to play and discover new ways of moving, using less effort and tension. Feldenkrais can support recovery from aches and pains, and have a positive impact on emotional and physical wellbeing
