Yoga classes throughout the day: accessible, bodypositive, flow, Iyengar, power, pregnancy, restorative, vinyasa, Yin, Vajrasati, mum & baby, yoga for older bodies, yoga nidra, and yoga for mobility & strength.
There is a new yoga for complete beginners course starting in March. There is also a yoga for beginners drop-in class starting on 5 February at 5pm. There are lots of other classes that are suitable for beginners: the “level one” and the “all welcome” classes are suitable for complete beginners to yoga.
At the weekends there are a variety of workshops.
