Mum & Baby / Postnatal Yoga

Our mum and baby (postnatal) yoga class is on Fridays at Yoga Point Brixton/ Herne Hill. The class focuses on the importance of your postnatal recovery and provides a lovely space to meet other new mums. The class will include gentle stretching and strengthening of the body, exercises to improve posture, and breathing and relaxation techniques to promote inner calm. Bonding with the baby will be encouraged with songs and gentle movements. Postnatal yoga can definitely help with your postnatal recovery.

You may begin this class after your 6-8 week postnatal check up and continue until your baby is crawling!  if you have any questions please contact Theresa directly:
