11:30 classes

Fiona teaches on Mondays

Fiona’s dynamic Vinyasa style class focus on movement following breath, correct alignment and finding balance in the mind and body. Fiona has been practising yoga since 2003 alongside working as a dancer, choreographer and shiatsu practitioner. She initially studied Ashtanga yoga with Jennifer Dale and John Scott and then became inspired by the spontaneity of Vinyasa flow through her teacher training with Max Strom. Whilst living in Berlin for the last 9 years she also qualified as a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher.

Saara teaches on Tuesdays

Saara’s classes are fun, heart-centred, flowing and strong, mixing traditional hatha with a fast-paced flow. Classes are specifically desinged for students to to deep; building strength, vitality and self-awareness in the body and mind.

Meredith teaches on Wednesdays

Meredith’s classes draw on traditions she has practiced over the years, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini. Where appropriate blocks and belts are used, inspired by the Iyengar practice to make postures accessible and comfortable. She has a keen eye for precision yet seeks to teach principles and patterns of the body rather than imposing hard and fast rules on students.

Michele teaches on Thursdays

Michele firmly believes that yoga is for everyone and approaches her teaching with humour, warmth and compassion. She is dedicated to helping each student discover their own unique path within their yoga practice. Her classes are hatha based with an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness, building strength and flexibility. She is skilled in modifications and has extensive experience in adapting postures and practice for a wide range of injuries and conditions.

1:00 classes

Maurizio teaches on Mondays.

Maurizio draws on Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga practices, his classes bring together a balance between ying and yang energies. An harmonious blend of intense, dynamic, vigorous elements counterposed by a more gentle, introspective style. This leads to a development of strength and flexibility whilst finding and maintaining an inner sense of union.

Theresa teaches on Thursdays.

Theresa’s classes also include meditation and relaxation to turn attention inward and help to calm the mind and reduce stress. Theresa qualified as a Restorative yoga teacher with Judith Hanson Lasater. Theresa’s classes have a strong emphasis on awareness rather than just technique, and she helps guide students to discover their inner teacher. The classes are accessible to everyone.

 Emma teaches on Fridays.

Emma’s background in dance and Capoeira, she taught both during her twenties, has infused her yoga with the joy of physical movement. She uses this passion to create dynamic, flowing, sequences which are gracefully linked by the breath and designed to create a feeling of lightness, ease and deep relaxation. Her classes encourage awareness both mentally and physically in a nurturing environment to allow students to learn, experiment and transform through their yoga practice.
