11:30 classes

Anna H teaches on Mondays

Anna teaches slow-flow yoga classes suitable for all levels. Her classes include 45-50 minutes asanas (postures) with 15-10 minutes of pranayama (breathing) or guided meditation.  Anna developed her practice in her early twenties and was influenced by her grandmother, who is now 102 years old, who credits her health and happiness to her regular yoga practice.

Harry teaches on Tuesdays

This is a class for older bodies.

Fiona teaches on Wednesdays

Fiona’s dynamic Vinyasa style class focus on movement following breath, correct alignment and finding balance in the mind and body. Fiona has been practising yoga since 2003 alongside working as a dancer, choreographer and shiatsu practitioner. She initially studied Ashtanga yoga with Jennifer Dale and John Scott and then became inspired by the spontaneity of Vinyasa flow through her teacher training with Max Strom. Whilst living in Berlin for the last 9 years she also qualified as a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher.

Effie teaches on Thursdays

Effie’s classes are dynamic with a strong emphasis on the breath. She believes in the connection between the mind and the body and encourages her students to approach their
practice as a form of moving meditation. Also holding an MA in Psychotherapy and Healing
Effie aims to create a safe and caring environment where everyone is welcome.

1:00 classes

Maurizio teaches on Mondays.

Maurizio draws on Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga practices, his classes bring together a balance between ying and yang energies. An harmonious blend of intense, dynamic, vigorous elements counterposed by a more gentle, introspective style. This leads to a development of strength and flexibility whilst finding and maintaining an inner sense of union.

Vaccasin teaches on Tuesdays.

Vaccasin has been practising yoga for more than 30 years and teaching for 28. He qualified with the Iyengar school in 1994 and his style is still influenced by that experience. An equally strong influence on his teaching, is his grounding in Buddhist meditation and community and he shares a refreshingly accessible and unpretentious take on this in his classes.

Rhona teaches on Thursdays.

Rhona teaches Vinyasa Flow and her aim as a yoga teacher is to create a space for people to take time to tune in with their body and encourage them to find their potential for movement, strength and flexibility in a relaxed and friendly environment.  She teaches a dynamic practice with creative sequences offering options to cater for different levels.

 Emma teaches on Fridays.

Emma’s background in dance and Capoeira, she taught both during her twenties, has infused her yoga with the joy of physical movement. She uses this passion to create dynamic, flowing, sequences which are gracefully linked by the breath and designed to create a feeling of lightness, ease and deep relaxation. Her classes encourage awareness both mentally and physically in a nurturing environment to allow students to learn, experiment and transform through their yoga practice.
