Early morning classes at Yoga Point
We have early morning classes four days of the week:
An hour of early morning yoga practice can reduce stress and improve confidence; leading to better performance throughout the day.
On Monday and Tuesday there is rise and shine vinyasa with Deepti from 7:00-8:00.
Deepti focusses on awakening the body with breath and movement. This early morning class is a series of postures designed to bring movement into the body and focus to the mind. It is a dynamic class that is challenging and open to all levels. It will leave you with greater concentration as well as energy to begin your day.
On Thursday and Friday there is vinyasa flow with Maurizio from 7:30-8:30.
Maurizio draws on Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga practices, his classes are therefore a blend of intense, dynamic, vigorous elements counterposed by a more gentle, introspective style. This leads to a development of strength and flexibility whilst finding and maintaining an inner sense of union.
