Early Morning Classes  (7:00 & 8:15 Monday-Friday)

7:00-8:00 classes

Vaun teaches 7:00 on Mondays.

Vaun has always had an interest in movement, dance, creative arts and spirituality, which naturally led him towards yoga. In his early teens Vaun was interested in self-healing which lead to veganism, herbalism and apothecary. By his early twenties he discovered yoga and meditation and qualified as a Reiki practitioner. Above all yoga has appeased Vaun’s insatiable appetite for self-development by calming the ego-driven desire to search outside oneself when the answers lie within. Vaun’s classes are dynamic, liberating, disciplined, fun and relaxing.

Georgina teaches 7:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Georgina’s classes offer a nurturing, safe and fun environment in which to develop a strong and integrated body-mind-heart connection. Her teaching incorporates breath attention, mindful alignment and the specific cultivation of strength, flexibility and balance.

Claudia teaches 7:00 on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Claudia’s love and passion for teaching comes from a desire to learn from everyone and to share all the aspects of her practice that have helped her. In flowing the breath and the body together, she hopes to encourage her students to a mindfull practice, cultivating inner peace and self-love.
