Anna H teaches 7:00 on Tuesdays.

Anna teaches slow-flow yoga classes suitable for all levels. Her classes include 45-50 minutes asanas (postures) with 15-10 minutes of pranayama (breathing) or guided meditation.  Anna developed her practice in her early twenties and was influenced by her grandmother, who is now 102 years old, who credits her health and happiness to her regular yoga practice. Anna is a Yoga Alliance Associate Level 1 Yoga Teacher trained in Hatha yoga.

Claudia teaches 7:00 on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Claudia’s love and passion for teaching comes from a desire to learn from everyone and to share all the aspects of her practice that have helped her. In flowing the breath and the body together, she hopes to encourage her students to a mindfull practice, cultivating inner peace and self-love.

Risa teaches 7:00 on Thursdays

Risa loves nothing more than helping people learn how to heal themselves, discover the magic of yoga beyond the mat and, specifically, empower them to improve their sleep. Her teaching style is intuitive, accessible and practical. Risa’s manner is warm, friendly and casual, and her classes are imbued with vibrant imagery and thoughtful themes.
