Kate discovered yoga in her late teens. After moving to London in her early twenties, yoga soon became a constant in her life. Working in a corporate high pressured job, yoga offered a sanctuary and space in which she could reconnect and find balance within. Her yoga journey took her to India, where she qualified as an instructor in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow with Sampoorna Yoga.
Kate is passionate about sharing the transformative benefits that yoga can offer, she enjoys helping students cultivate awareness of the body and mind. Her classes offer an energising and dynamic flow, with a strong emphasis placed on the breath and key alignment principles. Kate’s teaching style reflects her preference for a holistic, mindful practice, where students are encouraged to find a place of calm and inner stillness to counteract the stresses and pressures of a busy London lifestyle.
