Anna teaches slow-flow yoga classes suitable for all levels. Her classes include 45-50 minutes asanas (postures) with 15-10 minutes of pranayama (breathing) or guided meditation. Anna developed her practice in her early twenties and was influenced by her grandmother, who is now 102 years old, who credits her health and happiness to her regular yoga practice. Anna is a Yoga Alliance Associate Level 1 Yoga Teacher trained in Hatha yoga. She qualified with Master, Ravindra Singh Tomar, saying: ‘Anna is curious and original, with a spark, open-minded and honest, full of life’s energy.’ Anna is also a volunteer yoga teacher with Ourmala a Charity that provides free yoga classes to London’s refugee and asylum seeker community. Once a month she also volunteers with Contact the Elderly a Charity and teaches chair yoga to local residents aged 75 and over.
