A yoga practitioner for over 20 years, Michele taught dance in the US, where she is from. Her passion for yoga took root in the UK where she was able to further extend her love of movement by exploring the possibilities yoga offers, uniting body, breath and mind for overall wellbeing. Michele is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher level 4 and is also specially trained to teach pregnancy and postnatal yoga.
Michele firmly believes that yoga is for everyone and approaches her teaching with humour, warmth and compassion. She is dedicated to helping each student discover their own unique path within their yoga practice. Her classes are hatha based with an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness, building strength and flexibility. She is skilled in modifications and has extensive experience in adapting postures and practice for a wide range of injuries and conditions.
