Christine started developing her yoga practice in 2005, after she was introduced to the beautiful, simple and powerful discoveries of Vanda Scaravelli.
Scaravelli’s philosophy of “be kind to yourself” has helped her work through injuries during her years of running. She believes the knowledge she has gained so far has to be constantly nurtured, the constant yearing for more knowledge is the road to knowing oneself more deeply on a physical, mental and spiritual level. She has been an EYP working and teaching in primary schools for the past 17 years. She qualified with the BTEC professional diploma in the Practice and Teaching of Yoga at Morley College.
