Yoga classes throughout the day, starting with early morning. Classes include: Chair yoga, Iyengar, Jivamukti, restorative, Vajrasati, vinyasa (flow), Yin, yoga for pregnancy, and yoga for older bodies.

Regular classes areĀ  drop-in so there is no need to book. For information on all classes please see the Timetable.
