Yoga classes throughout the day, starting in the early morning. Classes include: Iyengar, restorative, Vajrasati, vinyasa (flow), Yin, pregnancy yoga, mum & baby yoga, yoga for older bodies and yoga for mobility & strength (accessible yoga).

Regular classes are  drop-in so there is no need to book. All class times on the Timetable.
