Lots of yoga classes throughout the day, starting early in the morning, through mid morning and lunchtime until late evening. Classes include Iyengar, vinyasa flow, Jivamukti, Yin, yoga & meditation, yoga for pregnancy, restorative yoga classes and yoga for older bodies.

Regular classes are taught on a drop-in basis so there is no need to book. For information on all these classes please see the Timetable.
