Yoga classes throughout the day, starting in the early morning. Classes include: Iyengar, vinyasa (yoga flow), restorativepregnancy yoga, Yin, Vajrasatimum & baby yoga, yoga for older bodies, yoga nidra, bodypositve yoga, and yoga for mobility & strength (accessible yoga).

We have lots of yoga for beginners. The “level 1” and the “all welcome” classes are suitable for complete beginners to yoga. Regular classes are  drop-in so there is no need to book. At the weekends there are a variety of Workshops.
